Casino Beef Week – Ticketed Event Terms and Conditions

1. General Conditions

• By purchasing a ticket to any Casino Beef Week event, you agree to these Terms and Conditions.

• Casino Beef Week Inc. reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time without notice.

2. Ticket Purchase

• All ticket prices are listed in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include GST unless stated otherwise.

• Tickets are non-refundable except as required by Australian Consumer Law or if the event is cancelled by Casino Beef Week Inc.

3. Event Changes & Cancellations

• Casino Beef Week Inc. reserves the right to alter event details (including date, time, venue, and entertainment) due to unforeseen circumstances.

• If an event is cancelled, you will be notified as soon as possible. Refunds will only be issued to the original purchaser and may exclude booking or processing fees.

• Postponed events will offer ticket transfers to the new date or a refund if the ticketholder cannot attend.

4. Entry Conditions

• Entry is only granted upon presentation of a valid ticket.

• Casino Beef Week events may have age restrictions; a valid photo ID must be provided upon request.

• You may be refused entry or removed from the venue if you:

  • Are intoxicated or behaving in a disruptive or unsafe manner.

  • Do not comply with event staff instructions.

  • Are found with prohibited items (including drugs, weapons, or outside alcohol).

5. Photography & Media

• By attending a Casino Beef Week event, you consent to being photographed or filmed. Images may be used for promotional purposes by Casino Beef Week Inc. without compensation. If you desire not be included in any promotional activity, please notify the Casino Beef Week events team via email. 

6. Liability

• Casino Beef Week Inc. and its affiliates are not responsible for any personal injury, loss, or damage sustained at events, except where required by law.

• Attendees participate at their own risk.

7. Privacy

• Personal information collected during ticket purchase is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy and will only be used for event-related communication between Casino Beef Week and the event sponsors. If you wish for your information not to be passed on to the sponsor of the event, please contact info@casinobeefweek.com.au
