Ticketed Event Terms and Conditions
1. General Conditions
By purchasing a ticket to any Casino Beef Week event, you agree to these Terms and Conditions.
Casino Beef Week Promotion Committee Inc. reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions where reasonably necessary. Any material changes will be communicated to ticket holders where practicable.
2. Ticket Purchase
All ticket prices are listed in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include GST unless stated otherwise.
Tickets are non-refundable except as required under Australian Consumer Law or if the event is cancelled by Casino Beef Week Promotion Committee Inc. Refunds will not be issued for change of mind, non-attendance, or failure to comply with event conditions.
3. Event Changes, Postponement & Cancellation
Casino Beef Week Promotion Committee Inc. reserves the right to alter event details (including date, time, venue, and entertainment) where necessary due to unforeseen circumstances.
If an event is cancelled, ticket holders will be notified as soon as possible. Refunds will be issued to the original purchaser, excluding any booking or processing fees where applicable. If an event is postponed, tickets will remain valid for the new date. If you are unable to attend, you may request a refund. Casino Beef Week Promotion Committee Inc. is not liable for any additional costs incurred by attendees (e.g. travel or accommodation).
4. Force Majeure
Casino Beef Week Promotion Committee Inc. will not be held responsible for cancellation, delay, or changes to events due to circumstances beyond its control, including but not limited to weather conditions, natural disasters, government restrictions, or safety concerns.
5. Entry Conditions
Entry is only permitted with a valid ticket.
Some events may have age restrictions. Valid photo identification must be provided upon request.
You may be refused entry or removed from the event if you:
• Are intoxicated or behaving in a disruptive, unsafe, or offensive manner;
• Fail to comply with directions from event staff or security;
• Possess prohibited items (including illegal substances, weapons, or outside alcohol where not permitted).
Alcohol service will be in accordance with Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) laws and managed by the attending venue. Some events may involve livestock, machinery, and outdoor environments. Attendees acknowledge these risks and agree to take reasonable care for their own safety.
6. Ticket Transfer & Resale
Tickets may only be transferred or resold where permitted by Casino Beef Week Promotion Committee Inc. Unauthorised resale may result in cancellation of the ticket without refund.
Casino Beef Week Promotion Committee Inc. is not responsible for tickets purchased through unauthorised resale platforms or third parties. We do not guarantee the validity of tickets that are resold and are not liable for any loss, damage, or costs incurred as a result of fraudulent or invalid tickets. Attendees are strongly advised to only purchase tickets through official Casino Beef Week sales channels.
7. Photography & Media
By attending a Casino Beef Week event, you consent to being photographed or filmed. These images may be used for promotional and marketing purposes without compensation.
If you do not wish to be photographed, please notify the Casino Beef Week team in advance. While reasonable efforts will be made to accommodate requests, this cannot be guaranteed.
8. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, Casino Beef Week Promotion Committee Inc. and its affiliates are not liable for any loss, damage, or injury sustained at events. Attendees enter and participate in events at their own risk.
9. Privacy
